不銹鋼電梯門套是不銹鋼門套中最常用的一款，電梯門套與其它門套不同的是，因其使用在公共場(chǎng)合，那么我們?cè)撊绾芜x擇電梯門套呢？

常見的電梯門套主要有兩種款式，一種是豎邊與橫邊90度拼角，這樣看起來線條很直，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拼接非常方便，這也是常用的一款；另一款是橫邊與豎邊45度拼角，這樣拼出來的門套形成一個(gè)整體，沒有轉(zhuǎn)折處，因此整個(gè)門套看起整體如一。兩種款式各有其優(yōu)點(diǎn)，90度拼接安捉便、成本較低。45度好看，但是拼接吻合度不高，而且還需閑割，因此成本要高于90度拼接。通常向客戶推薦采用90度拼接，更經(jīng)濟(jì)。

電梯門套表面主要有三種裝飾效果：鏡面鈦金、原色、蝕刻鈦金。鏡面鈦金是目前客戶訂購(gòu)最多的一款，其表面可加工成各種不同的彩色不銹鋼鈦金顏色，如：玫瑰金、黑鈦、灰鈦、寶石藍(lán)、黃鈦金、古銅、香檳金等，同時(shí)彩色不銹鋼板表面通過精磨8K的工藝，各制作成稿和反光的鏡面板面，表面光滑如鏡，因此鏡面鈦金門套不僅反光效果好，而且耐看。

電梯門套常用的材質(zhì)主要是201和304，201強(qiáng)度比304強(qiáng)度要高，因此不容易變形，304材質(zhì)含耐腐蝕的鎳元素要高，因此更耐腐蝕。兩種材質(zhì)的成本也不一樣，201成本要比304成本要低。然后電梯門套的厚度，一般常選0.8~1.5厚的不銹鋼板材.通常壓圓弧的選0.8至1.0厚的不銹鋼板壓出形狀更精確,壓5mm左右的小尺寸拆角，選用較薄的板更精確，而且不容易壓爆。
