大理石電梯門套施工流程及步驟

大理石電梯門套施工流程：基層墻面處理→墻面鉆孔踢槽→放鍍鋅鉛絲或銅絲→鋼絲網(wǎng)連接→拼裝→打線→大理石板材安裝固定→灌漿→清縫→整體清潔→全面綜合檢查→驗收

大理石電梯門套施工步驟：
Marble elevator door construction steps:
1、石材挑選：用比色法對石材的顏色進行挑選分類，安裝在同一面的石材顏色應一致，按設計圖紙及分塊順序將石材編號。

2、墻面基層清理：清理墻面，裝好基層托架。同時進行結構套方，找規(guī)矩，彈出垂直線和水平線。并根據(jù)設計圖紙和實際需要彈出安裝石材的位置線和分塊線。

3、打線：根據(jù)尺寸，打好施工線，石材安裝前要事先用經(jīng)緯儀打擊大角兩個面的豎向控制線，最好彈在離大角500px 的位置上，以便隨時檢查垂直掛線的準確線，保證順利安裝，并在控制線的上下作出標記。

4、安裝底層托架，把預先安排好的支托按上平線支在將要安裝的底層石板上面。支托要支承牢固，相互之間要連接好，也可和架子接在一起，支架安好后，順支托方向釘鋪通長的50mm 厚木板，木板上口要在同一個水平面上，以保證石材上下面處在同一水平面上。
