電梯門套施工方案及注意事項

電梯門套施工方案
The elevator door construction scheme
1、將廳門處門洞進(jìn)行處理。廳門處一般是安裝石材覆蓋在表面。石材在安裝前要進(jìn)行表面處理，保持清潔和干燥度，含水率要小于8%。

2、用安裝門套的石材應(yīng)該保持花紋、顏色的一致性。所以要進(jìn)行仔細(xì)甄選，避免出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的色差和花紋差異性。每一層的所有電梯門套石材都要保持統(tǒng)一性。

3、正式安裝石材之間，再將石材做一次徹底清理，結(jié)構(gòu)部分不能留有渣質(zhì)，表面無積灰污垢。然后用墨線彈出水平線和垂直線。

6、角架和掛件安裝好之后，進(jìn)行石材開槽工序。將石材固定在掛件上時使用專用的大理石膠，黏結(jié)好之后反復(fù)壓幾次，確定不會脫落。

電梯門套施工注意事項

1、在安裝電梯門套時，想要將各層需要的石材挑選好。根據(jù)尺寸、顏色和花紋來搭配，然后搬運到各個樓層需要使用的地方。

2、在安裝時要注意石材的紋理，盡量保持色澤一致，紋理連貫。安裝完成之后，電梯門套的美觀性才會最佳。
